RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed through delivercharlies.com. Different rights apply to consumers and to business customers, as set out below.

Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Purchases are final, except where the delivery is damaged, incorrect, or affected by a product defect, as described under "Damages and Incorrect Deliveries" below.

Consumers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products. Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p Burgerlijk Wetboek), the right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life, and for sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene once unsealed. Our food and beverage products fall under these exceptions. Returns are therefore not possible, except where the delivery is damaged, incorrect, or affected by a product defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.

Damages and Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover damage, missing products, or an incorrect delivery, report this within 48 hours of receipt to delivery@drinkcharlies.com, including your order number and photos of the delivered products and packaging.

Following assessment of your report, we will provide an appropriate solution: replacement of the products or a credit for the relevant amount.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that your bank may require a few additional days to process the amount. Where applicable, statiegeld (deposit) will be refunded together with the product amount.

Shelf Life

We only supply products with a generous remaining shelf life. The best before date is stated on the packaging.
