SHIPPING POLICY

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through delivercharlies.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the Netherlands. Deliveries are carried out by our logistics partner. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping. Current rates and thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will make a second attempt or leave instructions for collection. If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on your end, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt to delivery@drinkcharlies.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate. For consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.
